Why Top Gear Is Like GM’s Travis Parman

Question for FOYM Ray Wert: can you explain why—despite not knowing anything about cars besides how to drive stick—Top Gear is such addictive television?

To answer this question, allow me to quote GM’s Travis Parman, one of the more effective PR staffers in the industry in getting journalists to, you know, do their bidding (with basterdization of said quote in italics):

"Ray, people don’t listen to me Top Gear because I’m it’s informative. People listen to me Top Gear because I’m it’s entertaining!”

Although to really get the full “affect,” you have to say it with the accent of a gay Southerner.
